Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange where possible.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange either:

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if opened or used. This may include items such as mouthguards or groin guards.
